Lifetime Warranty 

HPC Optics guarantees all its products against defects in materials and workmanship under our lifetime warranty.

Any damage caused by external causes, including problems with electrical power, servicing not authorized by HPC Optics, negligent installation or operation, failure to follow documented procedures, abuse, or general misuse of the product is not covered by the warranty. Custom configured products are non-refundable (such as CWDM, DWDM, Bi-Directional transceiver modules, as well as custom length twinax and active optical cables). HPC Optics makes no express warranties except those stated in this paragraph and in the applicable warranty statements for specific products in effect on the date of invoice. 

To request warranty service, you must call HPC Optics at (312) 879-9845, or e-mail: sales@hpcoptics.com within the warranty period with a description of the problem. If warranty service is required, HPC Optics will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number. You must ship the defective product back to HPC Optics in its original or equivalent packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. HPC Optics will ship the repaired or replacement products to you.

 

 

Returns Policy

You may return most new, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), however non-defective items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
