Return & Refund Policy
If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, and with original conditions will all the included gears. You'll also need to provide proof of purchase, such as an online receipt.
To start the return process, simply contact us at email@example.com Once we approve your return request, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we don't accept items sent back to us without first requesting a return.
For any product valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you'll be responsible for paying for your shipping costs when returning an item.
If you decide to cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, we'll issue a full refund. Unfortunately, we're unable to cancel your order and issue a refund if more than 1 hour has passed. Please note that we don't allow refunds due to shipping delays resulting from unforeseeable logistics issues.
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we'll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days.
In some cases, a partial refund may be granted, including:
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Items that aren't in their original condition, are damaged or have missing parts for reasons, not due to our error.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. It may take between 2-4 business days for the refund process to be complete on the bank's end and reflected on your statement. If you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your Authorization Number. You'll be responsible for paying your shipping costs when returning an item, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
